How does Response Housing deliver high quality accommodation?

Tenancy Officer

We have a Tenancy Officer, who provides welfare benefit assistance and advice, along with guidance around licence and tenancy agreement.

Housing Management

Our housing management team are committed to delivering intensive housing management to residents who may be experiencing difficulties around their licence or tenancy agreements.

Weekly property checks, annual room inspections, as well as fire safety and health & safety audits are some of the functions also carried out by the housing management team, to ensure that Response is complying with legislation, and that the accommodation we provide meets the standards set by our regulators such as the National Housing Federation, and our carers

Maintenance, repairs and cleaning

The agreements we have with our contractors means that we can respond to all routine maintenance and repairs 24 hours a day; – which enables us to deliver on our goal of providing high quality accommodation in a variety of settings.

We also have a dedicated painter and decorator, who works closely with our contractors.

As well as our contract cleaners, Response Housing employs a team of housekeepers responsible for the upkeep of the communal areas in the independent houses we own/manage throughout the county.
