Children and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) Outreach
We work closely with leading third-sector specialist partners and NHS Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) to deliver a wide range of options to young people experiencing mental health challenges.
What is Outreach?
CAMHS Outreach is a project aimed at working with the most ‘stuck’ young people in the CAMHS system. Young people will be referred into the team from other CAMHS teams where the young person is struggling to engage, not showing up to sessions and finding it hard to make meaningful changes.
Our workers go out in the community, visit the homes of young people and working with other professionals to get young people back on track.
