Outreach NDC

The Neurodevelopment Conditions (NDC) team in CAMHS supports young people who are awaiting or receiving a diagnosis for either Autism or ADHD. They also support young people and families after their diagnosis.

The Response Outreach NDC worker works alongside young people and their families, assisting them to engage with support offered by the wider team. They will also explore how other community based offers can support young people and families.

Working with Response Outreach NDC:  Young people supported by CAMHS NDC may be offered to work alongside the Response Outreach NDC worker, to give additional support to the clinical input of the team.
