Louise Packer

Louise is the Head of Corporate Governance and Compliance and works to ensure Response is safe and complies with all relevant regulations and legislation, as well as supporting a structured approach to continuous improvement and development.

Having worked in this sector for over 25 years, Louise has considerable experience in the tendering, implementation, and management of a variety of complex, transitional and community support services for Adults and Young People.

In 2016, Louise moved into a quality focused position and played a key role in developing a bespoke audit tool and framework to drive-up standards and embed a whole organisation approach to service delivery.
